We offer for rent a spacious, cozy one-bedroom apartment within walking distance of two beaches! The area of the apartment is 63 m2, it consists of a salon, a bedroom, a French kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay and rest: furniture, household appliances, dishes, bed linen and towels. The salon has air conditioning, and the bedroom has a ceiling fan. Spanish television. The balcony has outdoor furniture. To the sea, the promenade and two popular city beaches - Los Locos and Del Cura - about 400 and 450 meters. The infrastructure is well developed in the area. In walking distance there is a supermarket 'Consum', a bank, a pharmacy, bars and restaurants. A three-minute walk is the main street of the city with a bus stop for the city route. Accommodation option - up to 4 people (no animals!). Smoking is only allowed on the balcony!
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
