Arcachon, ideally located as it is only a stone's throw from the marina, numerous local shops, the beach, cycle paths and restaurants.

Comprising entrance hall (plenty of storage space), living room (TV/WIFI) with open-plan kitchen (top-of-the-range equipment) and 35m2 dining area opening onto terrace (complete furniture/plancha/store banne) facing north-east, bedroom (sofa bed 140X190cm/TV/storage space) opening onto terrace, second bedroom (bed 140X190cm/storage space) opening onto terrace, shower room (2 basins/Italian shower/washing machine) and separate WC.
Parking = Garage. Bike room. During the summer months, we cannot guarantee that a bike can be stored in the communal bike room.
Linen not supplied, can be rented through the agency, e.g. 1 pack 140 sheets + towels = 42€ per week.
