Goertz & Partner offers you this pleasant house is located in a quiet area along a canal. On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom (2 90 cm beds), a bathroom with a shower, a kitchenette and a living room with access to the rear of the house. The exterior part consists of a large terrace with a swimming pool and stairs that lead to the 7.5 meter mooring. On the side of the house, there is a small summer kitchen with a barbecue and a small fridge. You will also have enough space to park one or two cars one behind the other, this same space is designed to be enjoyed playing petanque. On the first floor, you will find three bedrooms and a bathroom with an Italian shower. (2 beds of 90 cm - 1 bed of 1.60 cm - 2 beds of 90 cm). The house is well equipped with air conditioning, heated swimming pool, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, French television, 7.5 m mooring. Ideal for family vacations, it has beds for 8.
