The local agency advocates health as a priority, but unfortunately we found that no hygiene and cleanliness measures have been ensured. Quality is their first priority. They would check each rental before arrival to ensure the best possible stay. Now we've had a real lapse. The mattress (140x190) is soiled (urine and blood stains). No protection (mattress cover). This shows that no serious control has been carried out for this accommodation. We had to go to the agency to get a mattress cover and protective covers (mattress and pillows). Not to mention the kitchen cupboards that were not emptied (food products) and not cleaned. Hopefully our verbal comments will be taken into consideration for the future.
