The villa consists of two separate floors, the loewer floor will be closed during the stay. The upper level consists of the main house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.The house is modern and offers many amenities such as air conditioning, Internet access, central heating (with extra payment). A lovely terrace with a private pool, outdoor shower and toilet and built-in barbecue area are ideal to enjoy the beautiful weather, for swimming, sunbathing, relaxing and barbecue evenings with al-fresco dining. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful landscaped garden with lawn, ideal for children to play.In just 5 minutes by car the visitor could reach the sandy beach of Denia or the port and the center with all shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
