The peaceful villa apartment is located on the main road, just 2 minutes’ drive/ 10 minutes’ walk away from the centre and lakefront of Salò (900 meters away).
Situated 700 metres away from the villa is the family-friendly ‘Polo Sportivo’ sports complex, which offers a new gym and leisure facilities within its parkland.
The villa is also just 8-11 minutes' drive away from Mokai Beach and the Heller Botanical Gardens of Lake Garda.
Furthermore, Salo offers a great variety of shops, restaurants and bars. The ferry is only 15 minutes’ walk away from the residence. The local ferry offers easy access to many popular destinations on the lake, including Peschiera del Garda, Desenzano del Garda, Sirmione, Riva del Garda, Garda, and Malcesine. A damage deposit of 600EUR has to be paid locally for groups under 21.
