This charming and bright apartment is located not far from Marbesa Beach in the distinctly delightful area of Marbella.
The accommodation boasts a south-facing balcony with table and seating for 4 people, overlooking the sea and the pool. From the balcony you can enjoy a view of the spacious pool area with several swimming pools suitable for children.
You can easily reach the sandy beach of Marbesa on foot, 300 meters away. Several beach bars await you here, where you can enjoy a refreshing drink or a delicious meal while sunbathing or after swimming.
In the immediate vicinity there are several supermarkets and countless restaurants. The building itself has a restaurant, a gym, a dry cleaner and much more.
Not far away there is a golf course, and directly behind the building there is a green area where you can wonderfully relax in the sun, play ball or otherwise enjoy yourself. Often you can see green parrots in the trees of the park.

A dream vacation. What can I say in particular about a rental that perfectly corresponded to the description and my expectations despite the difficult situation due to the sanitary conditions? Of course improvements can always be made such as for example sheets and blankets as well as pillows better adapted even if the bed by itself is very confotrtable, like the ceiling of the bathroom which would need to be refreshed or to revise the evacuation of the shower a little too slow. But for everything else, everything else was perfect. Reception, environment, accessibility, view on the park and the sea...everything incites to dream and to a choice holiday. I will return without hesitation if the opportunity arises again.
