Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in the complex 'Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort' in the region of Murcia. It is very tastefully decorated and has a large terrace where you can enjoy a glass of wine at sunset and enjoy the beautiful views of the lake and the golf course.
It is located in a complex with several communal pools and various services where you can relax and enjoy the good weather characteristic of the region.
Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort is an area designated as a Regional Natural Park in the Region of Murcia. The buildings of the complex preserve the charm of the area, such as the old manor house, now fully restored as a clubhouse and town center. The apartments overlook the Nicklaus-designed golf course and are built in the colonial style of the Riquelme families, which gives the complex its name.
The surrounding area offers a variety of recreational activities. Sucina is reached by car in just a few and there are stores, banks and restaurants with national and international cuisine (Italian, Hindu).
The coastal town of Los Alcazares with sandy beaches, shallow sea and restaurants is about 20 minutes away. By car you can reach Balsicas train station with its high speed trains to Murcia, Cartagena, Madrid, Barcelona, Zaragoza, Albacete and Valencia in 15 minutes.
