Cozy vacation villa with private pool in Tres Calas (L?Ametlla de Mar), just 1 km from the spectacular beaches of the south of the Costa Dorada.
The accommodation is spread over two floors and offers on the first floor two bedrooms, a living/dining room with exit to the covered terrace and access to the pool, a kitchenette and a full bathroom. The upper floor houses a suite with full bathroom and balcony. Enjoy the fantastic view of both the mountains and the sea! The windows of the house are equipped with double glass and the fireplace inside allows for cozy hours on colder days.
All services of daily needs are within a radius of less than 500 meters, you can park your car on the property.
The green Costa Dorada offers fine sandy beaches and hidden coves where you can swim in crystal clear water. And if you like water sports, you can look forward to activities such as snorkeling, water skiing, paddling, diving, windsurfing, parasailing or fishing in an extremely attractive environment.
