House in a great location with large terrace and fantastic sea views. Perfect to enjoy the summer and a romantic vacation.
The holiday house Papaya is located near the residential area of Cala Canyelles where is a diving school, information point, good restaurant and a large communal pool.
Next to the house there are stairs with direct access to the harbour and the beach.
This house offers spectacular sea views.
The house has a living / dining room with open kitchen and direct access to the terrace. It has large windows with beautiful views to the sea and the bay.
From the terrace you can see the sea and the beach. Terrace equipped with sunloungers, table with chairs and portable BBQ.
Satellite TV (Astra) available.
Practical open kitchen equipped with cutlery and crockery, gas kitchen, electric oven, fridge with freezer, coffee machine (Melitta), and toaster.
Cozy bedroom with double bed and sofa-bed (sleeping possibility for a third person - with extra charge).

The house is located in one of the most beautiful places of the Costa Brava, 3 km from the bustling Lloret de Mar and 12 km. from the romantic fishing village Tossa de Mar. Steep coast and sandy beaches. Surrounded by mountains, pine forests and oaks; the situation is very calm.
In the center of the Cala Canyelles urbanization there is a restaurant, bar, comunity pool (25m x 10m) and tennis court. Nautical club with mooring rentals, diving center, ski school, windsurfing, kayaking, sailing and other water activities. It’s posible to rent umbrellas and sun loungers on the beach, cars for rent, horse riding, ticket for excursions and in the vicinity various golf courses and pitch on putt.
Outside of high season the offer of the different activities offered in the area may be more limited.
The arrival must be between 4:00 and 8:00 p.m. The arrivals between 20:00 and 24:00 must be notified by phone 2 hours before.
The reception of the clients will take place at the Playa Arena office located in the Cala Canyelles urbanization. In the office, registration and payment procedures will be formalized. Then we will go with you personally to the accommodation, we will explain in detail the characteristics of the house and we will give you the keys.
The Exit must be made before 10:00. One day before your departure, come to the office to arrange a home inspection.
The final cleaning does not cover that the house has to be returned in proper condition: basic cleaning, clean and tidy dishes in the cupboards, leave sheets and towels folded next to the entrance door of the house and deposit the garbage in the corresponding containers. If the house is not in this state, an extra service will be applied that will be deducted from the deposit.
How to get there: Take the AP2 motorway, take exit 9 towards Lloret de Mar. Once you arrive in Lloret de Mar, take the road to Tossa de Mar and after 2.5km on the right you will find the exit to Cala Canyelles. Continue straight until you find a square. The Playa Arena office is on the right side of this square.
You have the right to use the pool paying 4 euros per day per person with one drink included or 18 euros per person per week with one drink included.

The accommodation is a bit outdated (lack of lighting, no kitchen worktop lighting, no bar lighting, dim ceiling lights in the main room, the bedroom and the bathroom, the sanitary facilities are very old but functional, single-glazed windows etc., and some broken light bulbs (hallway, outside terrace). BUT, the superb setting makes up for it all, we feel good and the small "roots" side almost gives charm to the whole. Positive sides also in the installations, a split of reversible air-conditioning in the main room, the wifi, a small very practical BBQ, a terrace 5 stars with outside furniture, the staircase leading directly to the beach, the private parking....In conclusion, we will return there with pleasure but it is true that a little more "monitoring" on the state of this small house on behalf of the managers would make it possible to gain quite a lot of comfort with very small iinterventions

The view is magnificent, but access to the beach is via a 167-step staircase. The house is comfortable, but the kitchen utensils are insufficient, no microwave or washing machine. There are no local shops, and the environment is sometimes noisy because of the crane and Fenwick manoeuvres of the Marina below, even at night. No Wifi connection.
