Apartment well located for the beach and the train, very clean too, but no parking (spaces at the bottom of the building are charged in summer). Disadvantage of the hotel next door: smell of chlorine in the lobby of the building and a lot of noise due to deliveries all morning. The electricity and cleaning costs are exorbitant (28€ + 80€). Provide cash to pay for accommodation, cleaning and electricity as the agency only accepts this method of payment
