The Arquus IV building has an elevator and beautiful communal swimming pools, one for adults and one for children. Parking (no included in the price 12€/day).

Apartment to be reviewed in terms of equipment, I had to buy some equipment in the kitchen because what was there was out of order. Frying pan, pot, everything sticks when you cook. Knife that does not cut. Equipped with a dishwasher in the ad and surprise it's a small fridge instead. So we end up with 2 refrigerators... I booked this apartment precisely for this practical side of dishwasher because there were 6 of us, and the no dishwasher is like a false advertisement! At the arrival no hot water so cold shower 3/4 days while the agency technician repairs the hot water tank. A little disappointed with this apartment! Too bad they don't check the apartment before renting, because a lot of problems considering the price we pay!
