The house has three bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable double bed so you can rest peacefully. In addition, it has three bathrooms, two of them with a bathtub, so you can enjoy a relaxing bath after a day at the beach or sightseeing.

*This property is located in a residential area, which is why only families or responsible groups of people who seek tranquility are accepted. Youth groups will not be accepted.

-Keep order and cleanliness at all times.
-Guests must take care of the garbage generated during their stay. Please separate the garbage in the corresponding containers and place it in the designated area.
-Use air conditioning and/or heating responsibly. Turn it off when you are not at home or when it is not necessary. Also, make sure to close the windows and doors so that the cold or hot air does not escape.
-Parties or events are not allowed in the house. If you want to have visitors, please do so in moderation and respect the house rules.
