The 4-storey Savoyard-style chalet residence benefits from a welcoming ground floor lobby with pool table and ambient fireplace, a convenient covered underground parking area.

Location:
The modern new-build residence features along the main road of ‘Rue Charlet Straton’; a short, flat walk away from the centre of Argentière. The train station and bus stop are just opposite the residence, whilst central Argentière offers a lovely range of French-style eateries, affordable cafes, grocery shops and amenities. The Les Grands Montets ski lift is only an 8 minutes’ walk away. The buzzing centre of Chamonix is only 15 minutes’ drive away.
Please note that the WIFI connection is not stable so guests may face some connectivity issues.

The apartment is pleasant, quiet and well located, with shops nearby and access to the cable car right next door. The parking and the ski room in the basement are very practical. As far as equipment is concerned, there are still some improvements to be made; a lack of lighting in the bathroom and the bedrooms, the closing of the velux curtain is a bit difficult to do, and the kitchen equipment needs to be improved (colander to be changed, poor quality toaster...)

Very nice apartment, very well located at the entrance of the city, very nicely decorated and well arranged, with a breathtaking view of Mont-Blanc! Quiet residence, with services (laundry for example) that we have not tested... Only one small downside: the upper rooms on the mezzanine, perfect for children, are a little low on the ceiling for adults!
