In the district of Pineta 2.5 km from the centre of Lido di Jesolo (Piazza Torino), on the outskirts, 46 km from the centre of Venezia, 180 m from the sea, direct access to the beach, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: natural state property with plants and trees. Private beach, children's playground. In the house: lift. Shop, grocery, restaurant 800 m, bus stop "Autostazione Jesolo" 7 km, railway station "San Donà Piave (Venezia-Trieste)" 20 km, ferry "Punta Sabbioni-Venezia" 25 km, sandy beach "privat" 15 m. Golf course (18 hole) 10 km. In front of the house, separated from the sea by the natural dunes, small private beach (from 15.05.-15.09. 2 sun loungers and 1 parasol per flat are included in the rental price), which borders directly on the public sandy beach of Lido di Jesolo (accessible via a small gate and approx. 100 m of beautifully landscaped footpath through the dunes, to the sea approx. 180 m).
