The villa is situated in a wooded, urban and mountainous beach area, close to a tennis court, at 2 km from La Fustera beach and at 4 km from calpe. The villa has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The accommodation offers a lot of privacy, a garden with gravel and trees, a communal garden with trees, a wonderful pool and beautiful views of the sea, the valley and the countryside.
