Comfortable apartment with WIFI, ideal for a vacation on the basin: entrance hall, fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a living room with dining area (4 large windows open onto the basin for admiring the beautiful sunsets), bedroom with sea view (king-size bed 160X200cm / bay window onto dining area of refurbished former loggia / see photos), second smaller bedroom: 7m2 (2 beds 90X190cm / storage space), shower room and toilet. Direct beach access (no road to cross).
Secure individual underground parking.
Collective bike room: During the summer months, we cannot guarantee the possibility of storing a bike in the collective bike room.
Linen not provided, can be rented through agency, 1 pack 140 sheets + towels = 42€/week - 1 pack 90 sheets + towels = 32€/week.
Optional cleaning package = €70.
In winter, heating consumption will be billed in addition to the rent according to meter readings.
Equipment (new condition) :Dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge-freezer, 3-burner induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, flat-screen TV (adjustable living room-loggia, bedroom), WIFI, iron and ironing board, electric hairdryer, electric towel dryer with blower, vacuum cleaner, intercom, 4 external roller shutters with remote control (set separately), internal roller shutter on bay window, smoke detector, 6 chairs, new quality mattresses (BULTEX and more), 6 pillows, 3 single comforters (140/200), 1 double comforter and 1 double blanket (240/260) all protected by undersheets, 12 place settings, pots, pans, and all basic kitchen utensils. I leave some tea, coffee, salt, pepper, oil, sugar, toilet paper, rubbish bags and cleaning supplies.
This accommodation is provided by a professional. Unless otherwise stated, services such as cleaning, sheets, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets allowed (indicated in ad), a supplement may apply.
