Villa with private pool (7m X 4m) for rent in L'Ametlla de Mar, just 70m from the sea! Suitable for 7 people, this villa is located in the "Las 3 Calas" residential area, with private access to the "Cala Mosques" cove 70m away (where it's possible to swim, even with children), 300m from a pebble beach, and 1km from the "Cala Form" sandy beach, which has a restaurant. The house has air-conditioning in the living room and dining room, which keeps most of the house cool.
The Cala Blanca villa for rent in L'Ametlla de Mar on the seafront comprises a living-dining room with TV (including some French channels), open-plan fitted kitchen, 2 bathrooms (shower on the ground floor and bath on the 1st floor) and 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with a double bed each, 3rd bedroom with 3 single beds for children.
Outside, a furnished terrace with barbecue and parking for 2 cars.
Sheets, pillowcases and towels are not included.
Upon arrival, you'll need to present photo ID and a credit card at check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

A security deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This must be paid by credit card. The refund should be made within 7 days of departure. The security deposit will be fully refunded to your credit card, if no damage has been noted by the establishment.
