Treat yourself to an ocean and nature break on the Landes coast. Here, you'll enjoy the proximity of vast beaches just 8km away, a forest environment, large lakes and all the summer activities and entertainment offered by the pretty village of Saint Julien en Born. What's more, there's an on-site equestrian center offering discovery and improvement courses, as well as horseback rides for young and old. Although adjoining another holiday rental, our gîte has its own private entrance and enclosed private grounds with wooden terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. Entirely on one level, it comprises : - a living room (TV, WIFI), - a kitchen with 4 hotplates, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine - a bedroom: 1 bed 140

- separate toilet. One pet is accepted free of charge; for more than one, please contact us. The Equestrian Center closes every year: 1 week at the end of June, 1 week at the beginning of July, 1 week at the end of August, 1 week at the beginning of September, Christmas vacations. This house can only be rented for 2 consecutive weeks between July 6 and August 31, 2024.
The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
