At the 'Abélia' house, you're just 500 meters from the center of the village of Pissos, in the heart of the Landes de Gascogne Regional Park, and 45 minutes by car from the beaches of Biscarrosse, the beautiful city of Bordeaux and the spa town of Dax. Here you'll appreciate the spaciousness of the rooms and the style of the house with its brickwork and exposed stonework, and its exterior with plane trees and old oak.

Electric heating (actual cost) and 1 wood-burning stove (wood supplied free of charge) in dining room + living room. Baby equipment. WIFI. Old house with thick walls (appreciated in summer) Garden furniture and barbecue, private undefined plot approx. 600m², year-round rental on shared plot. Table tennis, 5 bicycles available. In terms of leisure activities, you can take advantage of a multitude of sporting activities: hiking, cycling, mountain biking, horse-riding, canoeing, tree climbing, archery, swimming pool, tennis, as well as entertainment in the village and surrounding areas: summer evenings, music and film festivals.
The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
