Located 45 km from the Atlantic Ocean, you can enjoy forest walks, canoeing down the Leyre river and visiting the Ecomusée de Marquèze. In the Parc Naturel des Landes de Gascogne, "a Grange" is nestled in the heart of the Landes forest, without being isolated. "La Grange", with its wood clad exterior and garluche stones, has been completely renovated and will seduce you with its authenticity and calm.
Surrounded by pine trees and open spaces, the unfenced gîte has a terrace with a view of the forest and a high level of comfort to make your vacations as pleasant as possible. Ground floor: kitchen opening onto living room with TV area. Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, 4 gas rings, fridge-freezer. The corridor leads to 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140, 2 beds 90), a shower room with Italian shower, separate toilet.
Laundry room. For your comfort, pellet stove in the living room, electric heating in the other rooms.
Bed linen included, beds made. A pleasant covered terrace with garden furniture and plancha overlooks the forest. Unenclosed woodland plot of approx. 1570 m2. Parking on the property. In a small neighborhood outside town. Owners live opposite. For more than one animal, please contact us.
The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
