Just 2 km from Lac de Soustons and 13 km from the sandy beaches, we've restored the Pinton barn, a house that has retained its character and cachet with its brickwork and half-timbering, and furnished it comfortably to guarantee you a most pleasant stay. Functional, well insulated, cool in summer and easy to heat in winter with its stove, it boasts a spacious terrace and a large airial dotted with a variety of trees and flowers. A perfect vacation between forest, fields and ocean. As we say here, "Lo Bonur es dens lo Prat", happiness is in the meadow. On a 5800 m² shared garden, on one level, offering modern comfort with fitted kitchen opening onto living room with wood-burning stove (wood supplied free of charge), 2 bedrooms (1 x 160cm bed, 2 x 90cm bunk beds, 1 x 90cm bed), bathroom, storeroom.

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
