Dishwasher, microwave, oven, combined fridge-freezer, electric barbecue, TV, Wifi, electric heating, reversible air conditioning in veranda, (washing machine on request).
Sheets, towels and household linen can be hired from the owner. Outside: enclosed grounds, garden furniture, courtyard, swimming pool shared with owners, 5m x 10 m, depth 1 to 2.20 m, alarmed and open from April to September, weather permitting. terrace. Land 2500 m² with private area. Gîte in the village. Bicycle paths at the foot of the gîte. Near N10 = low nuisance.
The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
