The Domaine de Paguy extends over 77 hectares, including 12 hectares of vines. It houses a wine storehouse, 2 self-catering cottages and 5 guest rooms with the Gîtes de France label. Here you'll enjoy pleasant grounds and a swimming pool. Housed in one of the towers, the Tour du Manoir is on the 1st floor, where you can admire the view over the estate and vineyards. The owners will be delighted to share their passion with you, with a tasting of their Floc de Gascogne. Domaine de Paguy is the perfect venue for seminars, birthdays and other events. La Tour du Manoir is an upstairs gîte with living room - kitchenette, 1 bedroom on 1st floor (1 bed 140), 2 bedrooms (2 beds 90, 1 bed 140), shower room on 2nd floor, unenclosed grounds, garden furniture, barbecue, washing machine (tumble dryer shared by 2 gîtes). Shared swimming pool (12X6), heating. Beds made. Dishwasher, TV, telephone. Wifi internet access. Fenced swimming pool open from May 15 to November 15, weather permitting. Parking. The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
