Welcome to Solférino, a small village in the heart of the regional park, between forest and ocean. In a quiet, privileged setting, you'll enjoy a host of facilities to help you relax and enjoy a pleasant stay with family or friends: private above-ground swimming pool (9.50m x 5.20m, max depth 1.40m), trampoline, table tennis, swing, sandbox and bicycles for a fun vacation. This former Napoleonic house is a unique building. Arranged on two levels (access to the first floor is via a miller's staircase).
This gîte, in a group of 4 houses, is equipped with a living room (TV), a veranda, a kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave), 3 bedrooms upstairs (2 double beds, 2 single beds), a shower room and a toilet. For your comfort, bed linen, towels and household linen are provided, as well as firewood and WIFI. Enclosed grounds. For more than one animal, please contact us.
The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
