In this privileged environment, the residence offers seven comfortable apartments, within walking distance of all amenities. It's the perfect place to recharge your batteries and breathe in the ocean breeze. Here, the beach and shops are just 100m away and within easy walking distance. Surfing and windsurfing are on the menu, as are a host of other water sports. The dune on the ground floor offers you:
living room-kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140, 2 beds 90), shower room.
Appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, TV. Terrace with garden furniture, electric barbecue. Private parking.
Price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if equipped with gas cookers). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
The price does not include: Heating charge when heating is in use.
