This vacation home offers comfort and calm for every occasion. Lou Ceré, with its rustic, comfortable atmosphere, benefits from a quiet forest setting and a private, enclosed garden of around 500m². Adjoining another gite, it comprises: separate fitted kitchen, living room with wood-burning stove, 2 bedrooms upstairs (2 double beds), bathroom, 2 WCs, storeroom. No smoking. Equipment : Washing machine, dishwasher, TV, wifi, microwave, mobicarte, reversible air conditioning. Sheets, towels and household linen available for hire.
Baby equipment available on request. Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. 2 adult bicycles available. Chickens, roosters and pigeons, production and sale of organic produce next to the gite. Second animal subject to owner's agreement. If agreement is reached, a supplement of €100/week will be charged.
The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
