In a small village 15 km from Mont de Marsan and 5 km from the St Avit golf course, come and enjoy a remarkable forest environment, for a peaceful stay with family or friends, at the gateway to the Regional National Park. A well-kept park of over 8000 m2, a private swimming pool from which you can admire the countryside and sunbathe away from prying eyes, daydream on the hammock admiring the forest and listening to the sounds of nature, or play a game of table tennis or boules. Everything here is based on charm, character and comfort. The gite "lou bin", a traditional Landes house, offers a separate kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms (2 beds 160x200 cm and 2x90 cm), bathroom + shower, wc. Washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, television, internet, telephone. Gas heating, wood-burning stove, heating package €10/day. Terraces, garden furniture, barbecue. Airial of 8000 m² with outbuildings. Swimming pool, open and heated from June to September, 8x4 m, 1.50 m deep, secured by glass barrier and roller shutter. Ping-pong table, pétanque balls.
Bed linen and towels provided. Private parking on property.
The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
The price does not include: Fixed price for heating when heating is in use.
