Here you are, in a small village in the south-western Landes region, for a relaxing stay in a green, natural setting. We welcome you to the Lamoune gîte, either as a family or as a couple, in a rural setting... As a former nurseryman by trade, I wanted to keep the environment around the gîte preserved and planted with trees, so that it's always in bloom, whatever the season. Come and tell me what you think!
Ideally located for your cures, 7 km from the Eugénie les bains spa, outside the village, this independent gîte, completely fitted out on the ground floor, awaits you. House with central corridor leading to: living room with sofa and TV area, TV, independent kitchen, microwave, gas stove with two gas rings and gas oven, fridge-freezer combo,
2 bedrooms (2 x 90cm beds, 1 x 140cm bed), bathroom with bath The cellar houses the washing machine. The 1700 m² grounds are planted with trees and shrubs, and the terrace has garden furniture and a barbecue. Oil-fired heating, fixed daily rate when used. Buildings on the site used by the owners, former nurserymen. Baby equipment on request: cot, bath, changing mat. Privileged location, 5 with special spa prices. Village restaurant.
The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
The price does not include: Fixed price for heating when heating is in use.
