You're just 5 minutes from the enchanting Lac d'Arjuzanx, with its supervised beach and discovery walks, in the land of springs and healing fountains. At Perron, a beautifully converted former Landes barn, we invite you to enjoy the calm of our one-hectare airial. We want to make you feel welcome, which is why we've designed this gîte to offer a certain level of comfort. The gîte is laid out on the ground and first floors, with the living room on the ground floor serving as a fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge), living room with TV and WiFi, stereo, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, shower room with toilet. Upstairs: 1 attic bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), children's bed and sitting area. For your convenience, washing machine and tumble dryer, freezer, insert and electric heating. 1st basket of firewood offered. For your comfort, bed linen, towels and household linen are included. Terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, swing, color aluminum deckchairs. Private grounds on 1 ha shared with owner, not enclosed. Garage. Neighbor 100m away. Local bread shop, grocery store in village center. Trampoline.
The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
