Just 30 minutes from the ocean, we welcome you to Solférino, a small village steeped in history and references to the Napoleonic era, in the heart of the Landes forest. Our self-contained gîte comprises :
living room with fully-equipped kitchen (9-place dishwasher, combined grill and microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer),
sitting area (pellet stove, TV),
2 bedrooms upstairs (1 double bed (140cm), 2 single beds (80cm) which can be converted into 1 double bed (160cm), 1 wooden cot), shower room,
Separate wc. Facilities: washing machine, WIFI, electric heating (extra charge). For your convenience, bed and table linen and household products are included. A private covered terrace with garden furniture and a 160m² enclosed garden with barbecue and badminton are at your disposal. 4 bicycles (2 adults and 2 children) are also provided. Although located around 250m from the railroad line, this vacation rental benefits from a quiet environment facing the forest. Cleaning deposit 50€.
The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
The price does not include: Heating package when heating is in use.
