Ideally located 30 km from the beautiful beaches of the Landes region, an hour from the Basque country and the Pyrenees, treat yourself to a relaxing, varied and exotic vacation in a small hamlet on the edge of the forest, 1.5 km north of the village of Gourbera. Situated on the Tours route of the Camino de Santiago de Compostela, you'll be able to enjoy beautiful walks in the Landes pine forest, on signposted paths. A great getaway to enjoy with family or friends, for a weekend, a week or your spa treatment. La Caminade, a pretty, functional gîte adjoining the owner's unoccupied garage, features a living room with fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 single bed), shower room and separate toilet. Enclosed garden (80m²) and private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Large open plot.
Washing machine, dishwasher, TV, microwave, wifi internet, reversible air conditioning in living room and hallway. Linen provided (tea towels, tablecloths) For more than one animal, please contact us.
The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
The price does not include: Heating charge when heating is in use (6 € per day).
