Between ocean and forest, 18 km from Dax and 25 km from the beach (1 hour from Bordeaux and Spain), this pretty wooden chalet awaits you for a peaceful stay. The cycle path 200m away takes you to Lac de Léon, or for the more adventurous, to the beach. What's more, you can enjoy a relaxing break with the on-site heated swimming pool (open from May to September, weather permitting, to be shared with the owners). A pleasant, functional vacation rental to discover in any season, and one that may also appeal to a clientele of curists. The chalet comprises :
living room with fully-equipped kitchenette (washing machine, induction hob, fridge-freezer, combined grill-microwave oven), sitting area (flat-screen TV), electric heating. WIFI access. one bedroom (1 bed 140), one 5m² cabin room (1 bed 90), shower room, wc. For your comfort, bed linen, towels and household linen are provided. Cot and high chair available on request.
A private 16 m² terrace extends the living space, with garden furniture and barbecue. The 4000m² property is secured by an electric gate. Heated swimming pool on site (open from May to September, weather permitting, to be shared with the owners).
The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
