Attractive F4 house of 80 m² on two floors. Terrace with garden table and chairs. The property is 400 meters from the heart of the town center and 650 meters from the Lamalou les Bains thermal baths. The living room and two bedrooms face east, while the kitchenette, bedroom and terrace face west. An open-plan kitchen equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, etc., opens onto the living room with TV, sofa, farm table and two benches. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, each with a 140cm bed and storage cupboards. A bathroom with corner bath, shower cubicle and WC. A private parking space for one vehicle under a shelter is available. PETS WELCOME. A baby cot can be provided on request, subject to stock availability.
