Magnificent 30 m² apartment in a quiet residence on the second floor 1/2 without [hidden] apartment includes a beautiful terrace equipped with garden table and chairs overlooking the Usclade park, facing north-west. The residence is 100 meters from the town center and 50 meters from the thermal baths. A kitchen equipped with a two-burner hob, refrigerator, built-in oven, microwave and washing machine.... opens onto the main room, which includes a table, chairs, flat-screen TV, storage cupboard and 160cm bed. A storage cupboard in the entrance hall. Bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC with grab bar. Wifi in the accommodation. PETS WELCOME. A baby cot can be provided on request, subject to stock availability.
