45 m² F2 apartment on second floor without elevator. The apartment faces south-east, and has a terrace with garden furniture overlooking the Usclade park. The apartment is 100 m from the town center and 50 m from the spa. A kitchen equipped with a four-burner electric hob, fridge/freezer, oven/microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc., opens onto the main room, which includes a table, chairs, flat-screen TV and a 140cm sofa-bed. A separate bedroom with a 160cm bed and wardrobe. A bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC with handrail. PETS WELCOME. A baby cot can be provided on request, subject to availability.
