Private: property 3'000 m2 (fenced), terraced garden with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool kidney shaped (18 x 5 m, depth 80 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Motor access to the house (20 m via unmade road). 20 m footpath to the house.
