Pretty Gîte of 70 M2 situated in a small hamlet.
At this time of pandemic, we are taking all our measures to welcome you in good sanitary conditions.
Housing
The master bedroom is located on the first floor and the second one on the lower level with bunk beds, a well equipped open kitchen, household appliances and furniture of English design (microwave oven, fridge/freezer, gas cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, etc.), television, board games, iron and ironing board the living room equipped with air conditioning, with a contribution of 4€/day (optional), the bathroom with its Italian shower.
As far as household linen is concerned, we offer you the pack (sheets, towels (gloves, towels) 80€ for the duration of your stay as well as a cleaning package with total disinfection of the accommodation at 80 euros invoiced at the time of booking or a second cleaning package of 40 euros for 2 nights, invoiced at the entrance of your stay.
You will be able to take your meals either under the courtyard sheltered from the wind or on the terrace in complete privacy, equipped with its barbecue. Situated in a small hamlet 17 km from the Charente beaches, you will be seduced by the calm of the place and the beauty of its surroundings.
You will find everything nearby: shops (butcher's shop, bakery...), petrol station, banks ...
Places to discover : pons and its medieval centre 16 km, Talmont one of the most beautiful villages in France 17 km, Mescher with its troglodytic caves and sandy beaches 17 km, Royan 25 km one of the main seaside resorts of the Atlantic coast.
Take the time to discover the surroundings by bike if you feel like it. You also have the possibility to take the ferry to Royan to go to the Medocaine coast, the zoo of La Palmyre at a distance of 40 km.
Heading for Fort Boyard
A stone vessel with a belly-shaped carcass, Fort Boyard stands in the very heart of the Pertuis, halfway between the islands of Aix and Oléron.
Fort Boyard is not accessible to the public, AND IS NOT VISITED, but many organized sea walks offer you an admirable view of it, especially when you embark on the Inter-island Cruises.
