Spectacular villa with pool, located in Santo Isidoro, with 3 bedrooms and capacity for 8 people.
It has a living room with sofas, fireplace and dining space, two bedrooms with double beds, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower, a bathroom with bathtub, an open space on the upper floor with a sofa bed and desk and fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle.
Outside there is a terrace connecting to the kitchen and living room with a dining table, an excellent lawn space, garden area, swimming pool and even a dining area with barbecue and wood oven.
It also has an iron, internet access (Wi-Fi) and a hairdryer.
It is located in a very quiet residential area, 2.5km from Ribeira d'Ilhas beach and 250m from the center of Santo Isidoro where there are shops.

We would like to inform you that, for stays longer than 28 nights, the total cost of electricity, water and gas included in the price is €200/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of said consumption exceeds this amount, the remainder will be the guest's responsibility, and they will be charged this amount at the end of each month.

Very pleasant and spacious house for us 6 and 1 child of 2 years well located with a beautiful beach at 2 ,5 km Exterior moderately maintained on the photos of the site the pool and grounds seem larger We had a pleasant family stay!
