Nous avons découvert Font Romeu et son environnement depuis plusieurs années et avons apprécié cet endroit si ensoleillé et ressourçant. Au Lavandou et Bormes les Mimosas au ciel bleu nous aimons aussi nous retrouver. Lors de chaque séjour, nous y avons découvert de nouvelles randonnées et de nouvelles activités. C’est toujours avec impatience et grand plaisir que nous retrouvons la douceur de Bormes et son sentier du littoral les chemins enneigés ou fleuris selon la saison de Font Romeu. C’est ainsi que nous avons décidé d'installer ces agréables appartements très lumineux.

Pleasant "Terrace of the sun" apartment for your holidays in all seasons: T2 cabin 40 m2 with large terrace 30 m2 (sunny all day long with outdoor furniture) without vis-à-vis, south facing, for 4 (ideal) to 5 people, recently renovated in a quiet mountain chalet style while being located close to the center, all shops and services by a short pedestrian path.
Elevator, closed garage, secure 3-storey residence, intercom, ski locker, caretaker. Nearby, a ski rental service area, instructors and a free ski bus shuttle will drop you off at the cable cars. This spacious apartment includes: - large entrance with cupboard, shoe storage, coat rack, mirror - very bright living-dining room, bay window (electric shutter), click clac 2 pers, board games, books, documentation to visit and discover the region on foot, on horseback, on mountain bike or to make, in all seasons, multiple and magnificent walks, are at your disposal for a guaranteed relaxation. - a fitted kitchen semi-open to the living room with everything you need to feel at home. - a comfortable room with a 140 cm bed - a cabin with 2 bunk beds in 90 cm - a pleasant completely new bathroom - separate WC. In each room, new electric fluid inertia radiators.
For everyone to enjoy: in all seasons, many and varied activities for all ages and tastes,...hiking, sports activities, hot water baths, golf, cultural visits,... .

The most: - On the terrace, where children can play, thanks to the outdoor furniture (table and armchairs for 6 people, parasol, deckchairs) and the microclimate of Font Romeu conducive to the most beautiful sunshine in Europe with nearly 3000 hours per year! you can have lunch in the sun and the open air (altitude 1800-1850m) and share good times with family or friends, enjoy the view of the Pyrenees chain or take a nap in peace after your sports activities. - Snowshoes at your disposal in the ski locker. - Also at your disposal: equipment for grilling in the planned locations in a nearby environment. - To start the stay, some products are at your disposal.
For light suitcases, it is possible to rent bed linen, household linen, beds made on arrival. To be booked in advance, in addition. Housekeeping service to be booked in advance, in addition (40€) Rate according to the high or low season or public holidays and the number of people; degressive rate from the 2nd week.
Deposit returned at the end of the stay after inventory of fixtures of exit. Tourist tax of 0,45€ per day and per person.
