The house is located in the middle of fields and oak forests, 1000 meters from the nearest farm.
The swimming pool (11 x 4.30m) is fenced and an alarm ensures its security. The flowered garden of 1700 m² is entirely closed.
The house is not adapted to receive people with reduced mobility.
A parking for 5 cars is attached to the house.
A covered terrace of 46 m², allows you to take meals close to the barbecue, sheltered from the sun. A portico-toboggan will occupy the youngest. The garden furniture, the deckchairs will allow you to sleep comfortably around the pool, protected by large parasols. A pingpong table awaits the most athletic.

Every Wednesday, the producer's market of Castelnau Montratier will introduce you to the regional products and the wine of the Quercy hillsides.

Very successful stay with friends in a very pleasant environment. Regrettable the lack of follow-up and maintenance of the house (leakage shower ground floor leakage toilet Rdc broken chairs leakage swimming pool and small tiles tiling around the hull which fall) cleanliness to be re-examined (droppings of mice spider webs placards kitchen...) crockery to be remade with our arrival because not of control of the owner of the cleaning corner cooks with the load of the holiday makers. We have 1 comparison because it's been 9 years that we rent so all the etes equivalent properties the service is not up to the price of the stay.
