This spacious vacation villa with private swimming pool and adjacent children's pool is distributed on two levels and has a garden plot of about 3000 m2, fully fenced and distributed on the four sides of the house. The outdoor area is equipped with wood-burning stove, barbecue, tables, chairs and parasol and is ideal to eat outside. The accommodation is located in Piano di Mommio, but is only 5 km from the beaches of Versilia. Other distances: 4 km Lido di Camaiore and Viareggio, 8 km Pietrasanta, 14 km Forte dei Marmi, 25 km Lucca, 27 km Pisa, 72 km Cinque Terre , 93 km da Florence.
