The bus stop for the free sports bus is also just a few minutes' walk away. (The holiday flat Fichtenpark 1.4 is also in the same house).

The date of receipt of the notification by the landlord or the booking office is decisive for the entitlement to the cancellation fee (for Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, the next working day applies). In the event of premature termination of the rental, the entire rental fee shall remain owed.
