The apartment can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. The sea and beaches are 500 metres as the crow flies, 2km by car, for sportsmen 1km by foot.
From May to September, you will have access to the residence's magnificent swimming pool (jacuzzi, children's pool and supervision in July/August)

Théoule sur Mer is a small seaside resort on the French Riviera ideally located to reach the Alpes-Maritimes or the Var.
The residence is quiet, located on the heights of the village of Théoule (beaches, restaurants and all shops).
For hikers or walkers, the residence is a starting point for walking to the Esterel de l'Aiguille Rouge Natural Park.
