Located in the Dunes district, a stone's throw from the large Dunes beach, type 3 house + mezzanine, comprising on the ground floor: main living room (table, chairs, sideboard, sofa and flat-screen TV), separate kitchen (hood, fridge with freezer, 3-burner gas hob + 1 electric, microwave, mini-oven, dishwasher), bedroom (1 x 140 cm + closet), bathroom (bath, washbasin, washing machine) and separate toilet.
