A microwave oven that did not work in oven mode, no instructions. Bed small and of poor quality. Slept very badly, no furniture or chairs on the terrace. Lock that will break. Very low shower/bath flow. No soundproofing in windows, party-goers in bars downstairs until 3am are a pain. Door code changed and we were not warned, fortunately the p&v code worked. An oval dish for a round oven, no salad bowl (for 6 people), we ate from the pans. Overall, expensive for the service. Sincerely Muriel Trenquier

Extremely noisy the music of the bar resounds until 2 am with people who yell that We can hear very well on level 7, not to mention the vmc which makes us share the conversations of the neighbors ZERO ISOLATION! Unbearable smell of fried food in the elevator and at the exit on level 4. lacks 1 mini oven, light 2 out of 4 works in the bathroom
