THE ENVIRONMENT:
The tourist residence is located at the foot of Lake Carla Bayle, only 50 minutes from Toulouse.

Close to Toulouse (45 minutes) and Carcassonne (1h30), at the gates of the Regional Natural Park, its location and environment make it an exceptional site.
Side by side with the artists, stroll from gallery to gallery, stroll around and taste local products at the Mont-brun Bocage markets on Sunday mornings. Enhance your stay with the discovery of local gastronomy by enjoying an exceptional view of the valley and the Pyrenees mountain range, share the life of the Village on a Thursday evening in Carla Square....
THE RESIDENCE:
The Residence offers you many leisure facilities: two heated outdoor swimming pools (depending on weather conditions), one of which is for children, a solarium, a barbecue area.
A leisure centre with a petanque court, beach volleyball, a multi-sport court, tennis courts and a children's playground are available all year round.
Swimming in the lake is allowed and supervised in July and August.
An "Aquazone" is available on season on the lake.
Hiking and jogging trails are also accessible from the Residence.
The Resto du Lac offers a restaurant, snack bar and ice cream parlour all year round with regular theme evenings.
