The tourist residence is located on the edge of the lake of Carla-Bayle with the Pyrenean chain in the background.

Close to Toulouse (45 minutes) and Carcassonne (1h30), at the doors of the Regional Natural Park, its situation and its environment make it an exceptional site.
Meet the artists, stroll from gallery to gallery, walk around and taste the local products during the markets of Mont-brun Bocage on Sunday morning. THE RESIDENCE :
The Residence puts at your disposal many leisure facilities: two heated outdoor swimming pools (depending on weather conditions) including a children's pool, a solarium, a barbecue area.
A leisure center composed of a petanque area, a beach volleyball court, a multi-sports field, tennis courts, mini golf as well as a playground for children are available all year round.
Swimming in the lake is authorized and supervised in July and August.

Hiking and jogging trails are also accessible from the Residence.
The Resto du lac offers a restaurant, sncak, ice cream parlour, pedal boat and electric scooter rental. Open all year round, theme evenings are offered all year round.
