"This property is a beautiful converted farmhouse in Umbria, in a very nice panoramic position. The villa is divided into 2 independent apartments. The interior is a cozy and simple rural atmosphere. There are wooden beams on the ceiling and terracotta tiles on the floors giving a typical rural touch.
In the garden and on the terrace you can enjoy the view and the surroundings. There is a barbecue. And in the garden is the pool, ideal for a refreshing swim on a hot summer day.
From the villa you can visit beautiful places in the area, including Città della Pieve, Todi and San Casciano dei Bagni and Orvieto. The villa is located exactly between Lake Trasimeno and Lake Bolsena. Parrano is 4 km from the villa and is a beautiful borgo.
