Beautiful, cosy, rustic house "de l'Adrech", surrounded by trees and meadows. 3.5 km from the centre of Fayence, 41 km from the centre of Cannes, in the countryside. Private: garden 1 ha (not fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, natural garden, meadow, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 2 km, sandy beach "Fréjus" 33 km, bathing lake "Lac de Saint Cassien" 20 km. Golf course 10 km. There is a not-secured water pool on the neighboring estate (approx. 100 m).
